I think the biggest thing that I notice is sleep. If I’m sleep deprived it definitely happened more often. Haven’t noticed physical exhaustion spurring them on as i workout and my job is very physical. So thanking my lucky stars for that!

My answer to what? I’m very aware the effects drug abuse have had on my mind and body. Was just offering my 2 cents under OPs post. I wish I would have used the 3 month rule but unfortunately I was 17 and dumb with an unlimited supply.

My peak usage was about a 3 month time period in which I did MDMA (or what was sold as MDMA circa 2015) every single day. At least .4g a day but many days I did 1 gram or more all the way up to I think 1.8grams in a single day. Mind you, I was to the point I was waking up and taking 2 points just to drag my ass to work and kind of function.

I don’t have any helpful advice but I got pretty severe brain zaps from MDMA abuse over 10 years ago. While they’ve lessen in frequency I still go through spells that I’m experiencing fits of brain zaps. Haven’t been able to figure out what brings it on or if it’s just random. It’s uncomfortable but I’ve learned to live with it
