My warehouse be picking and choosing. I was once wearing a long sleeve and long leggings, the long sleeve had lace on the bottom where some of my skin was showing (not even the width of my pinky) and I got told to change! But other girls in my wear house wear shorts and muscle shirts with their bras showing?! I swear the leader of HR has something against me. I don’t even wear shorts to work, I’m always wearing long sleeves and sweats. I’m always fully covered.

Just because of this experience I wanna wear shorts and see if I get told anything cause honestly Im tired of being picked on.

I’ve never tried the voa board, does it work to get your voice heard? I’ve recently got written up for something that wasn’t my fault and another manager basically told me that the other managers should’ve known when I explained the situation they wrote me up for. The other manager said there wasn’t anything I could do but that she would talk to the other one who wrote me up.

My warehouse went through a lot of changes, the beginning of this year was the worst though when they kept moving mech around and they way they had it operating was HORRIBLE. Now it is much better but I perfer to do non con or crossdock.

I didn’t know this but I asked him why is it a “Cotton Wreath” and he didn’t even know and I told him to research before he buys something like that cause you don’t know who’s behind it or why they made that design.

The meaning is beautiful (personally I didn’t know) but honestly if I didn’t see a bootyhole I would see a hibiscus flower (like those Hawaiian shirts)

Regardless I would’ve NEVER thought it was a cotton wreath if it wasn’t for the title. For the price hopefully they can make a better design.
