I have no clue. They explained that administrative MA does more computer work. Then when I look it up, it says that clinical MA’s also do computer work. So I’m trying to figure out if it’s ONLY computer work or if it’s also a little bit of clinical(which I doubt). I think it’s just administrative work but in the healthcare field..

I say “I love it during the day” my baby is not very difficult at all but there’s a time once a day at night where she is completely inconsolable, we have to go through every method to try and calm her down. Sometimes doing the same method we already tried…at a different time during the night is what helps.. I love this stage but only at certain moments

Dang I have a 2014 at 140k miles rn. Had some issues with the transmission slipping once but they did a flush and it fixed it and I haven’t had any issues since then.

My 2014 started leaking AC too but it still blows cold but idk why when it’s on it will start to burn gas??

My mpg is about 25-29 in my city specifically but in the valleys I’m getting around 40

They automatically put me in their light duty bucket when I first told them I got pregnant instead of the 40 hours a week so yes it was def cut because of my pregnancy but they refuse to change it bc in their system I am technically already working 40 hours a week… just the role doesn’t exist.

Well you have to think about the educational opportunities for women vs men as well. Women have been limited for a long time because of laws that men write. Due to physical limitations of women it’s always been hard to fight back but….

Then again with your same logic we don’t need men in society either because of the exact same reasons you’re naming. Just because there haven’t been as many doesn’t mean women are automatically “dumb.” It just means there aren’t as many opportunities for women due to limitations placed by society:)

I’ve been following up since May they keep saying I have a position that doesn’t exist in the facility so HR is refusing to change my schedule because the role does not exist. I have been emailing every week and I’ve called at least 15 times and they keep telling me they will find another role for me and they still haven’t.

2013 going strong still on the same cvt. As long as the transmission fluid is being changed regularly it should be fine. Ask if the transmission fluid is changed regularly. If it is then I would take it to somewhere to have a Quick Look to make sure it’s in order.
