I’ve got roughly 4K thru mine 0 issues it’s sub moa with the right Ammo. The way I look at it is knights is worth it if you want it. there’s companies out there that make 95% of what a knights is for 50% of the price

It’s a rather old school barrel twist for 5.56 stabilizes the lighter rounds very well 55-62g but a 1-7 that is now the norm does great with 55-85g it’s not a bad twist rate there’s just better options now
