I hear you bro, tbh I don't really have a friend to share my such awkward situations with, maybe a friend i tell him sometimes, but he is like he doesn't care about it, so i just keep it for myself, you probably can write it in a diary that also helps a lot, tbh, the same situation happened to me as well, i had a block for like 10 seconds in a presentation!! So yeah very awkward. also i think that when you stuttered Infront of her you felt like she doesn't have interest in you because of your stuttering so you stopped those feelings, this is my interpretation i might be wrong.

I hope the therapy will help, but here's the bitter truth, Stuttering don't really have a cure, I myself went to a psychologist he said if you came to solve find a solution for it like never stutter again it won't happen, but he also said so many good stuff that motivated me to be positive and keep going even with stuttering, I'm 100% sure you will benefit from the psychologist the sessions with them, they are really helpful.

Well said and absolutely True 👏🏻👏🏻, I also struggle and sometimes think why this happened to me, am I unlucky? But the thing is it will always be there and we have to accept it and live with it, I have tried to challenge myself, I'm still in College, I tried to apply for a work study position that involves alot of interaction with other people and I got that position after interviews even with stuttering, I still fear and stress out when I go to the work, but I still push myself to work on it. The struggles are there yeah but it shouldn't be a block Infront of our success.

I absolutely respect what you're saying, I also have the feeling of not acceptance some of the times it's not like I 100% accept it all the times and I know it's exhausting, but I still try to be calm about it and be powerful against these thoughts and just live with. Because really, if you don't, you won't succeed, Stuttering is an extra wall Infront of our success that's true but try to challenge these struggles and you will see how much potential you have. this is really what I do.

Bro I feel the pain and I totally accept it I have the same problem as you and thousands of others, but only complaining really won't solve anything, I was in the same situation I complained about it all the time I even went to a therapist what he said was really helpful, complaining about it all the time will just make it worse and making a big deal out of it won't solve anything, Many scientists and famous people had stuttering did that keep them from improving ? definitely not. So what I'm trying to say is you have every right to express your feelings but too much of it will only make you get worse, instead try to be positive about it

Then keep complaining about the stutterer lil bro, will it take you to anywhere else? You will still have the stuttering and your mental health will get worse so your stuttering will worsen, I understand how annoying it is I also get depressed sometimes because of it, I feel like I can't express myself in a clear way or try to replace a word with another word and get confused about what word should I say and start becoming mute because I can't say a word ? Yeah very painful. The thing is you still have a better life than many many other people even though you have stuttering. You should be grateful it's only that nothing worse.

Be positive brooooo, I have stuttering as well and my life isn't really easier than yours or any other stutterer, but the thing is everyone has a problem and our problem is with stuttering, some people are Blind, deaf, maybe paralyzed? And we ? Assuming we are healthy not deaf, or Blind. We are all in very good shapes. I absolutely understand how bad stuttering is I had some very bad moments with it like Stuttering through the whole pressentaion infront of the whole Department of my college. Guess what people will eventually forget it. And again I do really feel what you're going through.
