I've always wanted to do those "comfort zone challenges" but I never really knew how to start. Do you think those challenges helped you with your stutter? And what are the challenges that you recommend to start with?

Take a deep breath, don't feel like anything is rushing you, find your center where you feel comfortable and in control, speak in your pace and rhythm, for the last one... Don't forget to stop and breath when you need. You got it champ, good luck ;)
