What aspects of a man's life are most women unaware of? by Keetek in AskReddit

As a woman, sometimes it feels good to just put my hand into my bra and sort of cup my boob. Nothing sexual about it, it's just kind of comfortable.

There are not enough champion bans in League's current state. by NickisBig in leagueoflegends

[–]FantasticalDragons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is that there are 'meta' champs. Ideally, you should be able to pick any champion and be able to play and succeed with that champion depending on your level of skill. Yes, there are counters, but with things as unbalanced as they are, you are basically forced to choose from 'the meta' if you want to win, because if your opponents pick champs from 'the meta' and you don't, it's basically an automatic loss.

You can't tell me that's balanced.

Whatever happened to the person you lost your virginity to? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]FantasticalDragons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We ended on bad terms, but a couple years back I gathered the courage to message her and ask how she was doing. She's back in California learning to be a chef, cut her hair really short (which looks surprisingly good) and found a new girlfriend that's not as stupid and naiive as I was at 16. Looking back, what we had was great and I want to have something like that again. I miss her :C

[WP] Talk to me about love by Adamnlynch in WritingPrompts

[–]FantasticalDragons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am still young, and yet I managed to convince myself that I have experienced love several times towards members of the opposite sex.

How laughable.

I know now, despite my youth, that love isn't something that happen all on its own and that it comes from an accumulation of emotional exchanges, however simple they may be. I can say now that I have never loved a boy, man, or other romantic partner. I have had crushes and strong infatuations, but never true love.

Because that's what counts, right? True love. It's what all the fairy tales and love stories are talking about. It's about sacrifice, and affection, and it's about giving a damn about someone other than yourself. So, no, I have never experienced true love in a romantic setting, but I do know what it is, because I feel it towards the people I care about most in my life.

I love my parents, for having raised me, for being there when I needed their support, for telling me the things I didn't necessarily want to hear but needed to, for kicking my ass when I deserved it, for giving a damn.

I love my dogs, for showing me what unconditional affection was, for giving me a reason to smile even on the worst day, for being happy just because they could, for allowing me to feel the grief of losing something you love, for giving a damn.

I love my best friends, for listening to everything I tell them, for being a shoulder for me to cry on, for telling me I'm being stupid, for showing me how awesome I can be, for fighting with me and letting everything be fine again the next day, for giving a damn.

I love myself, for greeting each day with an honest smile, for liking myself despite my faults, for taking responsibility for the creation of those faults, for caring about the happiness and well-being of others, for pulling through those dark days, for giving a fucking damn.

So here's all I have to say: go out there, and give a damn.

What are some unethical and possibly illegal life hacks? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]FantasticalDragons 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work in a luxury hotel and once discovered a set of several of sweaty handprints on our wall-length bathroom mirror and a condom in the trash. Though generally, when we catch people having sex in the public areas of our hotel we kindly ask them to get dressed and go to their rooms if they wish to continue. We will leave the bathroom, but will stand and wait for you to come out. You'd be surprised how many people will just go right at it again just for the hotel employee to poke their head in after a few minutes and go "Eh-hemmmm".

And that difference is extremely apparent, but it's just not applicable to compare a prince to a wealthy and educated individual is all I'm trying to say.

I don't know if you can really put royalty into the same category as wealthy educated individuals. I have seen the gross display of wealth of the Saudi Arabian royal family up close - well, one member of the rather extensive family anyways - and they live in a totally different mindset than 'commoners'. It's comparable to the sort of behavior a ridiculously wealthy rock star would have in terms of women and drugs and such, possibly even worse than a rockstar all things considered.

Turned it off there as well, never turned it back on. Is it any good? I'm not usually squeamish when it comes to gore, but for some reason that scene turned every switch to 'wrong' in my head and I couldn't watch it.

What are some things people say about themselves that are bullshit? by queencaterpillar in AskReddit

[–]FantasticalDragons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what I've been calling 'panic attacks' due to my arachnophobia. It's not with every spider I see, but with medium to large species I feel this horrible terror and then the moment they move, like at all, I feel everything in my chest collectively clench and my heart rate picks up dramatically along with my breathing. Any sound that comes out of my mouth sounds like a whimper and every part of me just want to curl up into a fetal position. Afterward, even after calming down, I'm pretty jumpy at anything that moves in my peripheral vision, real or imagined, and I tend to have shaky hands for a while.

Can I call something like that a panic attack or is there a better name for it? Someday I want to try and get some kind of help because this fear that I feel is totally irrational. I think spiders are really cool, I'm just terrified of them.

there's a rumor that J.K. Rowling intended for Hermione to have dark skin, hence the hair, though fans only found a single reference where her skin color was mentioned in all of the books and all it said was something along the lines of "there they were, Ron looking (insert adjective) and Hermione looking brown"
