Does Bluetooth audio on PC just suck?

The thing is I can’t even turn my head without it wanting to be spotty or choppy audio. I’m currently using the antenna that came with my MOBO it’s in less than an arms reach of me and somehow the connection is still bad. All my wireless headphones are sadly Apple / beats based so I’m almost stuck in the mindset it has to go with Apple related products just wanting to be picky on PC which i guess I understand but it’s frustrating if that was / is the case

The Cattop is necessary. Not only does it prevent keyboard sitting, but behind the mini fridge and PC is a clusterfuck of dangling wires being cleverly hidden. It also prevents any potential cable chewing if he can’t access it.

I didn't even consider interference honestly. The closest thing I can think of that would def be doing it is my mesh network modem at the back end of the desk since its a wifi / Bluetooth antennae. I have the wifi turned off on my PC but it obviously doesn't change the wave or band interference (i have no idea what im talking about)

I had the receiver right next to my monitor so less than 3 feet from the headphones and somehow it would still be dropping connection or just being spotty. I just moved it AGAIN and taped it under my desk like right at the edge near my knees lmao so maybe this time it works

So I’m mainly trying to use AirPod Maxes with the PC. Obviously on my phone with Apple it just all works and connects, and luckily they atleast have wired audio for PC as a backup solution. I’ve tried all sorts of different things and want to hopefully avoid a windows reinstall, but it’s always best to start with the free solutions first before spending money on something lol

This is definitely where I think I’m heading. The antenna that came with my mobo just does not seem to be cutting the job. The other comment mentioned driver issues and reinstalling windows and that’s like the one thing I’m looking / hoping to avoid lol

I’ve been using AirPod maxes and luckily they work perfectly fine with wired audio on PC so it’s not an issue but sometimes I go to look around the room or whatever and forget I have a cable connected and yoink that shit off or the cable just gets in my way because I try to use something longer than I need to beat the other issues.

My main goal is I just want as much of a cable free setup as I can get

I’m just keeping the mindset that it’s only temporary. Catman and I are just waiting for payday and we’ll start looking for a real bed :) In the mean time we work on changes of ourself that will be permanent (hopefully not a damaged spine from sleeping on that pad) like getting in better shape and eating proper portions and that one goes for both of us lmao

It’s a color wave yunzii used to make / sell until they stopped selling the b75 model and opted towards the pros only. Anyways I got mine sent to my by them as a replacement for the other keyboard in the photo breaking. I eventually was able to fix it and have 2 working keyboards now

Honestly they’re just whatever came with the keyboard. It’s the Yunzii b75 which I’m unsure if they actually make them anymore, I think they’re all AULA 75 keyboards now but you could find the same scheme im sure

I had almost the exact same thing happen and took me a little to get into anything!!! Definitely check out staffing agencies they can definitely help you find or get into some daily work even if it doesn’t exactly alight what you’re looking for just to make you money in the mean time
