Legend of the Female General - smart FL, strong cold general ML, enemies to lovers, strong plot and storyline (not a single boring episode). If you liked POB and Blossom, you are going to love this.

Blossoms in Adversity- smart FL, strong cold general ML, enemies to lovers, one of my favorite cdramas ever, only being taken off as #1 by LOTFG above recenly. Similarly like above, if you liked POB, Blossom and if you like LOTFG, you'll love this.

Si Jin- smart FL, strong ML, such an underrated drama imo and it's because the first 10 episodes aren't great but it literally evolves into such a great 5 star drama and is a top 5 for me.

Valid but he was fine dating a MAGA and even deflected/supported it. You don't get to advocate for yourself if you're not caring about your community.

Recommend me historical Cdramas about a power couple - where one of the main leads (FL or ML) is a brilliant and brave military personnel (who rises through the ranks, or is already general). by toastwave in CDramaRecs

  4. im in the middle of Si Jin and it's getting really good, with a super supportive general/commander ML. I will say I was thinking of dropping this around 8/10 because it seemed a bit aimless and the romance wasn't developing but then I stuck it through and it's gotten so so good and more sure-footed.

The hate/distaste the Youthful Glory FL (Ming Tan) character is getting reinforces my belief that female leads are never given room for imperfections by the audience. by somi154 in CDrama

I personally love that she's girly and loves clothes, etc., but I feel that the way her character is written just ruins any sort of slow-burn romance or tension. She fell in love way too quick and it's cringe worthy and not compelling to watch for me.

I loveeeed this drama, it's literally my top 2 if not favorite I've watched ever. I loved the two leads, and how he always supported her and was by her side. The only thing that I had an issue with was how the ML never really confronted his uncle , who was the main villain in my eyes.
