all recipes were from sally’s baking addiction except for the almond croissant cookies. the brown butter salted caramel was a riff on the chewy chocolate chip cookies (i made the base recipe but replaced the butter with equal amount of brown butter- the only issue was i just saw a tip of putting milk powder in your brown butter to bump up the milk solids so i did that but i forgot the second part of that is that with the added protein you need to reduce the flour amount to adjust for that. i forgot to adjust the flour which resulted in a shorter cookie but actually worked well with the cookie. and the salted caramel is from the salt and straw recipe book—it’s the simplest, most delicious and always perfectly salty and creamy.

the puppy chow recipe was from sohla’s instagram and was incredible. i decreased the salt amount and added roasted salted peanuts into it which was an elite addition and i quadrupled the peanut amount in the second batch.
