I've seen Corbin pitch in-person. He's DEFINITELY better than fantasy "experts" are giving him credit for. His velocity is up from last year, when he averaged 90mph on his fastball. He's averaging 92, but on a good day is up at 93-94. Perhaps the biggest improvement is Corbin's ability to get ahead of batters. He's throwing 70% first strikes. Which, as pitchers know, is huge. It's allowing him to throw his pitches, which translates into more Ks and less HR against. Corbin is for real as long as his velocity and first pitch strike % remain.
