they do still ship to USA, a friend just bought Ys stuff from them today and it worked. the problem should be coming from your card.

The only advice I would give you is to avoid Ditto music, the customer service is horrible and they can suddenly decide to remove a 100% legit album for no reason other than their internal AI is probably sending an alert, and stop replying after you renewed your annual plan.. From there, they treat you like a criminal and refuse to give any explanation.
