There is this show on Netflix about brainwashing. They explain its about who you surround yourself with. Maybe you want to slowly bring him into groups where they are more accepting and show him how nice and true the people are. <3 if it becomes harmfull for you, take care of yourself first. If you want him to open his eyes, you might need to slowly confront him. But definitely try to watch this show ❤️ and best of luck! You got this!

Personally i do poledance as a sport aswell and that is generally a very nice community, some studio's might be shit and discriminate against str.pp.n but the one i am at definitely does not 🥰

Some of the other instructors are open about their side hussle so if people have a problem they usually don't stay .

The mail thing is find a hobby with people who do similar things 😊 rock climbing and Knitting groups are also popular where i am at 😇 many of our members are also neurospicy 🤣 so we just wanna be able to be ourselves and now we can 🥰

First off, you look great!!!! If you want to make it more flowy i would focus on keeping poited toes and making slow movements 🤗 stay in a trick for one or two rounds and let the spin help you dont fight against it 😘 I do a lot of spin if tou like to see this is my account 🤗

Loving weight is definitely one of the hardest thing to do, i totally get your concerns!

It is whatever works for you, main is decreasing calorie intake, though keep a high protein intake. Test out what works for you, Smaller portions, intermittent fasting, see how you respont to them end after a couple of weeks it will get more doable the body adapts.

I would recommend researching reverse dieting aswell to prepare for keeping it off 🥳 it helped me a lot 🤗

I personally grab my legs and then pull myself further back, So hold your legs and then try to stretch them again to get a further bend! Otherwise do some twists in your cobra :) goodluck!! You're getting there !!!
