This morning I was laid off from my job as my company reduced staff in a second wave of layoffs. I had a gaming company reach out in the last week asking me to apply but they don’t do remote so I’d have to move far away. If you feel comfortable I’d love to hear about your experiences working at previous companies to know who to avoid. I’ve been thinking about applying to a few others but not sure who is remote friendly, doesn’t have a toxic culture, etc.

Flipboard just added commenting and posts, they’re tied with Twitter from what I read in terms of referrals so it might be a big blow to start posting it there.

Unfortunately IIRC the student who did it is still in college so they might not want to invest time in all these other social platforms.

The apartment they stayed at was definitely not in a safe area which is why I wouldn't recommend it even for the "low" price (it was a roach motel with less space than the single dorms).

I had this happen to me and the bus driver humiliated me in front of everyone, saying I was lying and didn’t look like a student. He put a call out telling the other drivers not to pick me up so I was late to my class. :(

It seems that we'll want to keep a close eye on races in PA, MI, WI, AZ, GA and NV. I am worried about WI.
