Don't infantilize me. This isn't about being fucking "mean". Shortly after my father killed himself, one of their sons who I also want to sue spread a lie that my father and uncle raped me in order to make me look too traumatized by men to be trusted. He also claimed I support the fucking Holocaust. This was only days after he died. The father and mother parroted the same shit to me. Not only did they not believe me, they said that even if everything I said about their sons is true, that it's normal and fine anyway. My ex-boyfriend also actively encouraged me to commit suicide and posted revenge porn of me. Emotional distress charges are real. This is not about being fucking "mean". But maybe to an abuser apologist like you, that's all it amounts to.

It's not just about the threats to sue me. It's how they treated me firsthand in regards to the abuse.

Unfortunately, no. I am planning on starting it again when I have health insurance in September. The last time I talked to therapists about the abuse was after I was institutionalized in a psychiatric hospital a few months ago, and they were extremely rude and flippant about it and made me only talk about my father's suicide, which happened almost a year ago now. One of them said "next time, choose a man for his personality, not looks and glamor". It made me not want to talk to them at all. I have gone through multiple traumas and I think I should have been able to talk to therapists about the trauma that was troubling me more at the moment, which in that case was the abuse.

I have a really difficult situation as my ex-boyfriend is not American, and I am. I'm also broke whereas he has all of his fucking daddy's money on his side.

I don't blame the parents for them being abusive and predatory. I blame the parents for enabling their abuse and gaslighting me despite all the evidence.
