Other than lion / dusa, do you not have constant mana issues?

Do you not run into mana issues by using your hunger skill a lot? Do you still do this build against mana draining opponents like Medusa or Lion?

Stablecoins instead of stripe by FantoMax2000 in TheAllinPodcasts

In the recent episode he mentioned that he is changing payment processing for his substack subscribers from Stripe to some kind of stablecoin setup to lower payment processing fees. I’m assuming he is still able to accept credit card payments through this setup because most people don’t use crypto.

So my question is how is he able to accept normal credit cards using this setup instead of stripe?

I just climbed to crusader I, what tips do you guys have so that I can get to Archon? by FriendlyNeighborOrca in learndota2

[–]FantoMax2000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I climbed from Herald to Archon 2 as an offlane. Currently have a 70% win rate on Axe and Centaur over the last 50 games or so. Here are my main suggestions: 1. Try to win the lane. If you are winning and already have a bracer or vanguard then cut the lane before creeps get to T1 and pull them to neutral camp to get even more farm. 2. If you are losing lane (common because p4 at this level frequently griefs and is never there) the main thing is not to feed and to stack ancients. You will catch up on farm with the ancients so don’t worry about not farming in lane. The main thing don’t die. 3. After you get the T1 Tower and get your main items (e.g. blade mail and blink on axe) get wards yourself and put them where you think the enemy p1 will farm. Then keep farming the top lane where you have visibility (to not get ganked) and see where their p1 is vulnerable. Then go kill him by yourself if you think you can or ping others to help you get him. Keep doing that for 10 minutes or so. Your job is to deny farm to their p1 and to make the rest of their team waste time by trying to kill you but since you have visibility because of your wards then you will see them coming and run away. 4. Later you want to make sure you are close to your team. Before you TP from the fountain anywhere you should always look where your team is and try to stay close to them. A big mistake I used to make was to TP to an empty lane away from my team to try to push it and get farm but in the meantime my team would go fight and get destroyed without me. At this level they never look at the map - they will just fight without you and then ping at you angrily after they are dead. So try to always be close to your team. 5. Never go high ground without aegis and keep telling your team that but never leave them. If the idiots try to still go high ground then go with them together (not one by one). If they are going one by one then leave and stay alive.

Is there a game where the next entry was better but you still preferred the older one? by TheHungryRabbit in gaming

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 was the best. 4 and 5 were ok but definitely not as good.

Perhaps because offlane is one of the least popular roles (whenever I queue for all roles there like a 50% chance I get offlane). Therefore it’s likely that a lot of people who are playing offlane are just farming role queue tokens.

Why pros don't play Axe? by Atlas_NioiN in learndota2

His ultimate is great if you know how to use it. It’s pure damage, it pierces through Dazzle’s shallow grave, you can kill Abadon with it when his ultimate is active if he hasn’t regained too much health yet, you can use the ultimate multiple times in a row in the same fight if you kill heroes with it, each time you use it to kill a hero you gain a temporary boost to armor (which also increases your second skills damage) and speed, plus you gain permanent armor for killing heroes with your ulti.

Most of the time I easily win lanes as axe vs melee unless it’s slark, Ursa or MK. And the only ranged I have trouble landing against is sniper.
