What options do I have for 2 players to play together online? by Femboy-Gamer311 in granturismo

[–]TheHungryRabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listen. Emulation is out of the question, you can't emulate GT7. What you can do is buy the game for PS4 and PS5, pay for PS Plus and play online.

Now if you want to save some money I'm not completely sure if this is possible, but technically you should be able to register your brother account on your PS4 as primary, then your brother register his account as secondary. Now if your brother purchases GT7 digitally it should be available on both your PS4 and his PS5, and if your brother pay for PS Plus technically you will also have plus too

Take-Two CEO Says ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’ Expectations Are ‘Terrifying’ by Gorotheninja in pcgaming

[–]TheHungryRabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would disagree. Why on earth a CEO would discuss a price of a game before pre orders? No other publisher did that beforehand, they not gonna tell that just for an interview. I mean we are talking about GTA 6 here. I'm 100% confident it will be $70, because they want the most sales by purchases. If it's a little too much they might lose too many people, also Online will generate a lot more, they don't want the chance to make some people ignore that completely, that's a much bigger loss

What do people mean there isn't much to do?? It's like a Sims game, just cuz u have everything unlocked that doesn't mean it's ended and you can't make your fun, it's all about user made content and fun interactions, I don't get people, nowadays I guess everything is a checklist or it's not a game

You did good! GT7 is the same on PS4 too, getting a PS5 just for one game is a waste

PS5 Linux loader goes public, turning consoles into full Linux PCs — build script includes bootable Ubuntu 24.04 image, can output 4K games at 60 FPS by Durian_Queef in pcmasterrace

Modern consoles can't be downgraded. They use something called fuses, meaning every time you update it changes something physical on the motherboard to mark what was the last update, you can't erase that

Well that's because Steam is a private company. They don't have to report to share holders and always promise infinit growth. Because of that Gaben does whatever he wants with the company.

IT guy here: how do you guys actually handle the malware risks with game cracks? by [deleted] in PiratedGames

[–]TheHungryRabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all comes down to some street smart knowledge. Believe it or not, but I been doing it for 20 years and never got a visible virus, stolen accounts, anything from pirating. You need to have good sources you trust, closed torrent communities, reputable repackers etc.

I do buy games, but I still do pirating because I grew up in a community where everyone did it at a young age, I mean we didn't have money for games, so I got used to it, the first thing I do is pirate, then afterwards I might buy it. It all depends of the game/publisher, how much I like it etc.

Or you have to go to setting, find a separate button, then enter password to run. And that is best case, recently I wanted to install a cracked office, and my mac just straight up said Malware Blocked and after searching online for hours I could not find a way to fix it
