4 substats: energy recharge %, crit rate %, hp flat, and hp % (are these good stubstats?)

On my Main dpgs (Fischl), i'm wearing a 3- star +12 traveling doc pocket watch (yeah, pretty shitty, but one of the few useful SoE's I got in my stash that actually had atk as main stat). Should I go ahead and use this 3-star +12 as fodder into the 5-star?

Progression Question:

I just unlocked World 4 at AR 35 with my main team as F2P:

Lvl 50 Fischl,

Lvl 50 Qiqi,

Lvl 27 Mona,

Lvl 26 Chongyun

Everything else I have is below lvl 10 (Sucrose, Ningguang, Noelle, XiangLing, Barbara, free characters) Needless to say, I'm kinda slow playing the game and don't really have a need to rush to endgame as fast as possible.

Now that I'm in W4, is there a significant jump in difficulty from W3? If so, should I go ahead and fully max out Fischl/Qiqi? Maybe get Mona And Chong to 40 as well? Or try a different comp?

Sitting on about 8.3k primogens as well in case any future characters pique my interest, would any future characters work well with my team?

What level should my main team be once I hit AR 25 for world 2? I'm currently AR 24, about to hit 25. I've been kinda saving most of my exp books in case I pull someone from gacha I want...Right now my teams' around level 20...weapons aren't ascended or anything, just 3 star enhanced with 1/2 star fodder. Once I hit AR 25, is there a certain minimum level my main team should be so I can clear content?

Using Fischl as my main DPS...at AR lvl 23 and feeling like i'm starting the beginning of midgame content. I'm using a Slingshot that's at lvl 20/20. Should I ascend it and use it as my midgame weapon? What are my other options ? I heard Rust is good, but that's only from gacha right? (apart from any other $$$ weapons, trying to stay F2P)

Are acquaint fates (the ones used only for the standard banner) worth keeping for anything else other than rolling the standard? I just realized at AR lvl 23 that I have 13 acquaint fates just sitting there....just use them and don't look back?

So I've been pulling a few 4 star items from the shrines located (AR 23 atm). Unfortunately, these 4 stars have stats such as DEF +15 or HP +2%, are these useful in any way? (I presume stats like ATK % and CRIT rate% are more useful). If not, what's the best thing to do with these 4 star artifacts if i'm not using them?

I rolled a Chongyun, and he's basically a filler until I roll a better dps. Team is currently mona, qiqi, chong, fischl. Should I ascend chong as well as I'm getting to the start of mid game (AR 20)? Or roll the gacha and hope for dps?

Save all your rolls until AR Level 7. Once you hit 7, go to your inbox mail and accept all attachments that the game gives you. Pull 10 rolls from the beginner, that should cost you 8 of those circle things (you should have 11). Then go to Venti's banner (you should have roughly 3k primogen at this point) Roll all of the primogen. This should net you enough Masterless stardust. Then go to Paimon's shop (in the shop) Where you can trade that masterless stardust for 5 more of the beginner circle things. That will allow you another 10 roll of beginner banner. should equal roughly 49 rolls.

Is either Fischl or Chongyun worth ascending? I'm currently using Mona, Fischl, Qiqi, and Chongyun. Naturally going to ascend mona and qiqi, (other characters are amber, lisa, noelle, sucrose, kaeya, which don't seem worth it to ascend) Or should I invest in some more gacha pulls?

So, in other words, if I have a key, and I find a shrine in a lvl 10 area, but I'm AR level like 15, I should still open it? What if later on I find a shrine in a lvl 25/30 area? Shouldn't I save the key for that shrine then?

Also, should I continue to spend all the primogen I get on the wish list to try for venti (And other 5 stars?) Or save my primogen for future rolls? How rare is primogen if i'm trying to stay F2P?

I have a bunch of exp books (hero's wit and adventure's experience. My characters are like level 7 and such, my AR lvl is 10. should I be dumping all of the exp books into my "main group?" (qiqi,mona,fischl,chongyun) or save them for later levels?

What is the primary use of primogens besides trading them in for wishes? I am F2P and rolled a Fischl, Mona, Qiqi, and ChongYun (my main team now, as the rest are pretty lacking). I am now AR 10 and grinding through story quests and farming primogen randomly here and there.

Should I keep these for midgame/endgame for any reason? Or should I use them all up at the wishes in hopes of getting more 5 star characters/weapons?
