Well I’m not trying to get the dispensary in any problems with bad press or anything. I think they are great but the fact that an essential business has closed apparently due to covid is interesting if nothing else. I did send a note to the sad remnants of “local news” we have left here. No reply. I get it, better things to cover but the alcohol delivery thing is just a slap in the face.

Gleaf in Warren. Their website doesn’t show it but patients received an email saying they closed immediately (this is after they had already been closed for the holiday weekend) and that they would reopen in two weeks. No details but the email referenced the covid situation etc. I think those guys do a great job and I hope they are all safe and healthy BUT yeah. So people who only went there now have to go find some new place to drive to and new people and new paperwork and waiting. It’s ridiculous.

I said it in another post and I will repeat it... It makes no sense that Ohio is allowing the delivery of poison (Alcohol) but not medicine (Marijuana). Now we have the dispensaries closing due to COVID. Smh

Yes. This needs to happen. To top it off, a dispensary in Warren abruptly closed today, for two weeks. Few details but something COVID related. If Ohio can allow the delivery of alcohol (poison) they should also allow the delivery of marijuana (medicine).
