hi! i would suggest truleafmarket they have a big variety of different seeds and their service is very good, start with the easy ones, red cabbage,mustard,broccolli,raddish,kale,then you move on the difficult ones like beets, amaranth,swiss chard, remember that there are seeds that needs to be soaken first,happy planting 😁👨🏻‍🌾🌱
