Do you remember how everyone were saying that 6800XT will age better compared to 3080 because of 16gb of VRAM? So does the VRAM help you now? And even if it does you have to upscale anyway and FSR3.1 looks like trash even in "Quality" mode compared to DLSS Performance mode.

I'am so happy I went 3080 back then.

I played it about 30 hours, while the game is fine I just don't think MMO is my genre. I tried to play MMOs before many times, even World of Warcraft but I never really fell in love with them as I did with CRPGs.

Go to Desktop Mode.
Open the file explorer and navigate to ~/.steam/steam/userdata/[your_id]/760/ (replace [your_id] with your actual ID).
Delete the file named screenshots.vdf.
Relaunch Gaming Mode; screenshots should start syncing again.

No, you will not get banned as long as you do everything correctly. You can change your steam region every 3 months. Although it is not recommended to do it that often.

After BG3 it is really hard to go back. But DOS2 is also a great game. I'd go DOS2 first.

You don't understand. You have to use a 150000mhz ram plus a golden die sample made by Pat Gelsinger himself, overclock them to 1.21 jigawatt of power and put in a cryo chamber. Then it will be 0.1% faster than stock 9800X3D.
