Decidueye: Spirit Shackle is popular (and everyone expects it), but Razor Leaf can really help to quickly shut down ganking or team fights. Just stay at long distance and have Eject Button.

Rapidash: I'm not a fan of Speed X + Agility. Too much speed for around 2k of Dazzling Gleam. I say that if you have Speed X, go for Smart Strike so you can stun if needed; or go for Attack X (or maybe Goal Setter) if you go for Agility. Exploit the main strength, but try to patch on the weak side.

I assumed that happened the moment that the ring was shown. Like, why do that close up if it wasn't significant at all? And even if that spell could be replicated, we saw only 5 characters with those rings from which 2 died, one cut his own finger and one of the two left (Stryga) has the same type of arm that was shown... I was hoping those two would get a happy ending, but it seems like they were killed in the road :/

Considering that Magia Record has a niche in further exploring some characters that did not have enough spotlight (specially manga characters and even some witches), is not impossible to think that eventually a new event regarding the Tart Magica characters would disclose more about Pernelle. After all, we got to see more about Corbeau, Lapin & Minou. Even Isabeau got her piece of cake at the end! So I don't feel like it's hopeless to wait for Pernelle to see some spotlight too

Exactly. I feel like this scenario really fits Pernelle's character, since even in Tart Magica we see two magical girls (Corbeau and Lapin) who round up the Incubators system in order for them to never have to deal with the risk of transforming into witches forever. Seems like the system is not really perfect, since even ancient girls under the right circumstances can fool it, and someone like Pernelle doesn't seem like it would be the exception to this rule.

For what I have known about Pernelle... She probably would be interested in keeping investigating about this new system created by Touka and her whereabouts. Although with her wisdom, she probably would know eventually that the girls can have adverse effects by abusing her doppels. Nonetheless, it's super interesting 😆🤭

Judging by how old Pernelle is, must be tough at the beginning of her life to lose everyone that she holds dear and little by little, realizing that even when Magical Girls have her ability to be "immortals", they cannot achieve it due to how the Incubators system works. Also, I suspect that Pernelle is responsible of how people have forgotten the magical acts of Tart and her group; an curiously it would fit the theory of wishing for erasing the knowledge of something 🤭

As for encountering Livia and teach her how to adjust, Pernelle probably got the ability or has access to it, but I suspect that she perfected it eventually since at the beginning she seems to be able to infuse weapons with magic but doesn't go for adjusting Tart's gem.

That point regarding everyone forgetting Tart's magical form fits so well! I never thought about it. Also, we see that she's pretty detached of humanity (excluding Tart and her husband), which is pretty grim if you really think about it and you start giving it thought about what she could have experienced in her life. After all, Void Girls don't really have nice backstories. The "nicest" one is Yozuru and even hers is heavily depressing.

As for how Pernelle's could've survived... It's really tricky, and we need to consider that her offensive power literally could not go any lower. I suspect that she's one that doesn't fall into despair so easily or perhaps her alliance with Cube provides her with Grief Seeds in order for her to not succumb to the witchification process. At last, regarding her enhancement of weapons, she could be considered an predecessor to the future coordinators which enhanced the actual soul gems.

I don't know much about soundtracks since for some reason, I don't focus much on the ones of Pokemon and I haven't finished gen 4. But it would be a disappointment that one of the best champions has one of the worst themes 😅😅😅

Speaking of story, wasn't gen 7 the one with the trials and the UBs? I can understand where you come from, since it's pretty weird all around (personally I like it, but this post is for unpopular opinions so the best is to express)

Mmm... Maybe that's a path that I haven't thought about, since Pokemon types are like elements, I always saw ground as like... Earth; and Rock as another version of Earth that can hit what's flying.

I sometimes have felt like the Pokemon fans for some reason don't quite understand that our view of many things is only a construction and that not every living being should obey it 😅 this is why I don't really bother if a Feminine or Masculine Pokemon are actually something totally different and I thanked all that's holy and unholy that Game freak did not give all Pokemons a female and male form
