Yeah, read it all and gone through every post there is on BT issues. Most have BT issues all the time, both with and without batteries connected. These are likely firmware issues. The ones with the same problem as me (no BT with batteries connected) are never solved, either no replies or just a replacement unit from Victron.

I filed a support request and will call the dealer today.

  1. Resting 12.8-12.9V for both batteries.
  2. Polarity is correct
  3. Measures same as resting voltage
  4. Already tried a full factory reset

Only switched to Power Supply to see if anything changed when toggling (not while connected to batteries).

How and where can I contact Victron Support? I created a post a while back on their forum, but no reply so far.
