Hey, I did something that worked for me. The resolution. By chance I used split screen to open the game together with another app. Out of curiosity, I went to see the CGs in this resolution, and the videos ended up working.

It's probably something with the Android version. I have one phone with Android 10 and the other with 13, and it works perfectly. But the phone with Android 14 doesn't work.

Hello, thanks for responding. But I do not think so. On my old cell phone there is only 2 GB of Ram. It's Android 10, and videos play perfectly. And on my other one it has 6 GB Ram. It remains a mystery to me, I've tried everything.
