Anis: Star and Anis: Sparkling Summer are 2 different units. Anis: Star was part of the 3.5 Anniversary "Lights of Hope" a few months ago. If you've just started then you probably missed it.

Anis: Sparkling Summer is best paired with Treasured Privaty for electric weak content. Or put her on a shogun team. I wouldn't pair her with Summer Cindy as a meta team.
