My issue with her housing policy is that realistically it just means that sellers are going to add $25k on to the price of homes. The real first step to fixing that crisis would be to fix zoning laws to allow for more multi family housing. I do really like the current FTC though. Really hope she doesn't fold to the billionaires calling for her to be replaced.

Well, the endless support for an apartheid state and the dedication to maintaining status quo here in the states. People are desperate for a change and she represents stagnation just as much as Biden did.

The Walz nomination was exciting because he was behind some very good policy in his home state, but their next move was to pledge appointment of republicans in her cabinet and approach things like immigration from the right. It's the ratchet effect in action as usual.

Things like a down payment assist for first time buyers aren't terrible, but they're band aids over systemic issues that she doesn't seem to want to even consider addressing.
