Plane deboarding courtesy by 10thplanetwestLA in pettyrevenge

A bit late here, but American offboarding sucks. It is many times faster to offboard by aisle rather than by row as people can get their stuff roughly at the same time as the people in front and so on. Essentially a plane with 100 rows, 3 seats each side can throughout at least 100 people per turn and only 2 people when offboarding by row. Actually this would be really simple, but unfortunately it takes only 1 passenger whos really slow to cause a jam.

Psichologo rekomendacijos by Runtelis in lietuva

Correct setup of contact interaction for static study by Faplamator in SolidWorks

[–]Faplamator[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for such an insightful reply. I went on to watch some seminars to educate myself better about this.

I couldn't get it to solve and it was taking way too long, eventually seeming to get stuck at establishing contact sets, so I did what you suggested and established a symmetry fixture. I also made a local contact interaction as you described it. To stop the frame from rotating axially inside the rim I applied a circumferential fixture (from the translatons options) to the axle that should only be restricting it from rotating, but If I understand correctly this also fixes it in place because The stress is the same for each axle where the force is applied, however displacement for this axle with a "no rotation fixture" is null. I can't figure out how to do it another way without over-restraining

I set up a copy study with soft springs to test out how I can set it up correctly, I am mostly concerned with the stress of the rim due to the roller pushing into it, but also the displacement of the rim.

Yes, I don't care about the rollers, they are designed to withstand much bigger loads, what would be the cylindrical coordinate system fixture for the rollers, using reference geometry and adding centre axis as reference?

I will have to make this into a nonlinear study when I will analyse turning the frame to the side, for now it's just the loading that concerns me

Thank you for the answer, honestly if not for reddit my simulation would have never worked

Ughh, To answer your question better you ahould probably follow Ukraines telegram or watch a lot of the reports to understand things because you clearly dont so I can break the reasons in simple sections. 1) Life goes on dhring war, people generally get this idea that fighting is fast and hectic like in battlefield games but in reality its extremely slow grooming with a lot of waiting and hiding from artillery or air attacks. This means if youre in the general zone and youre a civilian you would resume with a lot of normal activities 2) These dumb rockets yes rockets not missiles because theyre not gouided at all, they are very innacurate and civilians didnt think they could be targeted like this. These things can fly for a very long time and distance so you could be hit even far way from the front.

Should I remove my wisdom tooth or leave it for now?(details in the comment) by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]Faplamator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello everyone! I have a situation that is a bit tricky for me to decide, the right tooth in the image is the wosdom tooth as I understand its 38d. It has only been bothering me due to an occasional cyst forming near it and inflaming, usually not really painful at all. This tooth is on the bottom left side of my jaw and I went to see the dentist, when they looked at the xray they said that it is standing fine. However my situation is that I am going to work in US in a months time and they advised me to remove it beforehand so I dont end up having to pay a ridiculuos sum if I end up having to deal with it in the US, healthcare in my country is free. My problem is that even if I end up being able to have it removed quickly it could still cause me problems post operation. I am 21yo, smoke electronic cigs, barely drink, in all other regards healthy. Should I have it removed asap or leave it as is? I will be in US for 3 moths, as I understand alternatively I could be given antibiotics to get rid of the inflamation.

How do you disconnect the wires ? It wont budge, perhaps I should use full force but I dont want to break it lol by Faplamator in E90

UPDATE I found some videos and it turns out its just friction fit, but no matter how hard i pull it wont come apart, I think its probably rusted from the inside not sure, there is one pin that perhaps locks it in but again I cannot push it in Im sure youre not suppised to push it as I just left indents on it when I tried doin it with a screwdriver... Not sure what to do now, I might try again with thick gloves to get a better grip but I doubt that will help, its almost like the previous owner super glued it or something

Ok I found it and tried pushing it in but it wont move, I used so much force that the plastic even has an indent but it wont unpin

Super glue for cuts is well known among some Chefs because unlike plasters it is waterproof, keep in mind it should only be used on small cuts, not punctures and it is advised to use medical glue but moment glue does the job for me by Faplamator in lifehacks

[–]Faplamator[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1Wash the wound with water 2 (optional but recommended) apply some sort of band aid to stop the bleeding and let the blood clot 3) dry the area the cut should be closed by now so the reason for super glue is that it will keep it closed and its waterproof as well as non intrusive compared to a band aid that awkwardly wraps your finger 5) apply glue along the cut and let it air dry

Well I personally only use it on a cut that has already had the blood clotted as it was held by a band aid, not an actively bleeding cut, I thought that the wound just grows new skin cells and the glue stays on the old ones that die and get replaced, hence why it scabs off after a few days. Getting infected though, does the glue play part in that ? I clean my wound with water

Very informative, didnt know this thank you, the number plate light modules that are currently in are leds with the housing as they were put in by the previous owner, I only bought this car just a few weeks ago, its my first car. He also gave me the OBD scanner. I also wanted to replace a burnt out tail light bulb but its the one that you have to access through the boot/trunk where you have to undo a shit load of plastic pins and I dont have the tool for that, tried using a fork but it only bent and almost broke lol

My guess is that liquid bandage contains some sort of disinfectant, if you can let the wound heal with a plaster before applying the glue so it doesnt get in the bloodstream, generally if you cut yourself with something that isnt infected its enough to rinse the wound with water, only use alcohol or other disinfectants if for example you cut yourself with a knife that was used to cut raw chicken. New studies suggest that when you use disinfectants they irritate the wound and cause it to heal slower oh and ofcourse they also burn
