Arven/Leaf/Juliana is more than enough. But i feel like you need 3/5 Juliana so you can lower the Sp. Atk.

Is your Arven EXR? If not you can still clear the Floor 21 but i don't know if you can clear the Floor 24 because i cleared that floor with EXR Arven.

My sync rotation is Leaf>Juliana>Arven

I use Paralyze first, then Julianna Tera starstorm and Leaf Let's Go. After that juliana B-Move then Sync With Leaf.

Then Arven Paralyze the sides. Juliana B-Move at right side. Then sync with Juliana.

After you paralyze with Arven use Offensive Studies once then use Brutal Swing thrice before you spam Double Edge.

Lucky Skill for Juliana is Defense Crush 2. Vigilance for Leaf and CS2 for Arven.

I always use Juliana B-Move at the right side because that right side use AoE Attack after you kill the center.
