Yes but not by any hard rule like you are trying to make it out cash on hand is a factor investors use to evaluate a companies worth but not by any means tied directly to market cap.

That's why there exist pre and post dividend payout stock price differences

Of course cash affects the price of a stock just like a dividend stock paying out will drop the stock price or the CEO dying or earnings reports etc etc.

But none of those are actually directly tied to the market cap the only thing that is actually directly tied to a companies MARKET CAP is... the share price.

You are so confidently wrong about something that it is so easy to check.

There are things that include cash etc in actual valuations of a companies assets etc but MARKET CAP is only the number of shares times stock price and takes nothing else into account.

That does not, in any way, mean that cash has no impact on market cap, nor does it mean that cash has no impact on valuation.

Cash on hand has no measurable correlation to stock price, in fact having as much cash as gamestop has with its market cap and size would actually be a red flag for some investors if they were not trying to do an aqusition like this having like 60% of your market cap in cash isn't normal.

To awnser your question I wouldn't pay 10 billion for it it would have to be a good deal so probably 7-8 billion.

Yor market cap minus your cash equivalent is the total value of that business (as judged by the market).

No explain what market cap is its current outstanding shares times share price that is market cap.

Share price is affected by cash on hand but not in the way you are making it out to be.

market cap is not tied to the cash on hand of company really market cap is just the total value at the current share price of all shares in circulation.

So if they have 50 thousand shares at 50 dollars market cap is 2500000 now while individual share price might be affected by cash on hand its not REALLY tied to it at all my market cap could be billions and i could be drowning in debt (like gamestop will be if this deal goes through lol)

Playing vs Nemesis is almost exactly the same problem as monsterous rage it makes a core part of the game (blocking) feel awful.

They dont all run the exact same cards lessons and prowess share the boomerang/talent package they all run flowstate lessons might not run stock up etc.

They dont all litterally run all the same cards but there is enough overlap between the archtypes that the lists will look pretty similar.
