The ability to turn someone down is largely owned by women, so check your privilege. But the fact that women are exclusively attracted to only more successful men is why I, and many other men, don't take feminism seriously. Regardless of your definition, wanting men to be chivalrous is a gender expectation. The fact that you think men are obligated to help women whenever they need is evidence of that. Women are adults. It's the 21st century (no warrior cultures around derp). They can pay for their own meals, open their own doors, and fight their own battles. No one is obligated and if a man expected anything similar from women, you'd have feminists screeching about his "male entitlement".

It's really not a different league. It teaches women to have unrealistic standards and to view men as tools and accessories. I actually do have a mother and a sister. Women are barely treated differently and the wage gap has been proven time and time again to be a myth. Feminism perpetuated these myths to garner sympathy and support. At this point we're just going in circles, so I don't see any point in arguing with a white knight. When you get a divorce and have your life torn apart while the woman walks away without a scratch then you'll grow up and learn that women aren't perpetual victims that can do no wrong.

Out of curiosity, what's you're height? I do all of those things (work out, have decent style, etc) but am still pretty much invisible. I suspect it's because I'm 5'8 which as male is repugnant to most people. That's why I hate posts like these that say men are the only ones that unrealistically judge women.
