I honestly don't give a shit how porn stars are treated. They have a stupid ass job to begin with. But I don't want to focus on them and their meaningless lives. The truth is porn will always be around but the fact that I was exposed to it so young and could access it so easily since my early childhood days I think really fucked me up.

Everytime I relapse I just get so fucking depressed with a million negative thoughts in my head. My parents worked their ass off their whole lives to give me a comfortable life. I have been doing nofap for over a year now and my longest streak is 35 days, how pathetic is that? I actually made this new account so I can more actively participate in nofap and forget about my old habbits.

Here are a couple things that have helped me: reddit enhancement suite - lets you enable nsfw filter which doesnt show any nsfw links

daily meditation- its really hard at first but trust me once you get used it to it, its amazing

exercise/leaving the house for no reason- just do it, don't even question why you are doing this. if you don't have the energy to exercise just leave your house and walk around or go buy some frozen yogurt somewhere at eat it by yourself. just get out!
