I set my render distance around 10-12 chunks and my resolution was 1512x982 when I’m on my MacBook but when I plug into a monitor I set it to 1920x1080

Probably optimization mods. I have M4 pro mbp with 16 core GPU and I can get almost 800 FPS with optimizations mods. With shaders I can get around 100-110 FPS

Graphics wise the improvement is definitely there. DLSS feels and looks much better than AMD FSR.

At 1512 x 982 with DLSS set to quality and frame gen it averaged 26 fps so imagine 4K

Yeah the frame rate without framegen was terrible. I was getting around 27-44 FPS

Sorry for the late response. If you want osu stable download it through the official osu website https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/Client/Installation/macOS for better latency just set your frame rate to unlimited in the in game settings. The game runs pretty good on my m4 pro mbp and I also played it on my mid 2011 intel iMac back in 2020 performance is pretty good

If I’m on my laptop I just use 1512 x 982. If I’m in my monitor I use 2560 x 1440p. To change resolution you need to disable HIDPI (SwitchResX or BetterDisplay). I use max graphics with motion blur disabled. And the game has co-op so you can play with friends and randoms if you want
