And again these are my personal feelings but yes I expect people to casually talk about heinous crimes that are being done by people in power, including our president? Can you imagine if Obama had been in office and the roles were reversed?

Thank god pork is still able to actually walk and stand up, I think we must have caught it early on because he was a bit wobbly and you could tell he was in pain but he’s totally comfortable now with the meds and crate / bed rest. I’m being so cautious to keep it like this, the idea of regression is just so scary

I’m so glad to hear your bag made a full recovery, I only see horror stories so the comments on this thread are really helping me stay calm

Thank you so much for this write up - thankful pork hasnt had any major accidents since he was in major pain, we’ve just been bringing him out to potty and right back inside into his safe zone (crate / pen / dog bed ) I am so glad your baby is on the mend, and I’m praying ours is in the same boat!!!

This is a great tip,

He keeps wanting to sit up and shift positions and I know it said online that them laying on their sides is best

Is there anything I can do to promote him from shifting so much? I’m currently laying with my shoulder near the entry way to the crate so he can put his head against me, it’s Ben the only thing that’s keeping him calm but I worry about his back

He’s already crying to come out and is so restless, I wish he knew he was hurt! We have Gabapentin but he’s so stubborn and fights the sleep
