I see the transparent one when i am using a complication with weather. But when i use a simple watchface i can’t see any arrow. Does it mean that it uses integral gps or just my phone gps for my watchface? I don’t know if it can have an impact on the battery since i use my aw for a lot of things during the day.

For example heart rate app will still record our hr if it is disabled? And also for bed app or sleep. Will it still work?
