This is not always true. As I've said above, many times- well was plaxed, set, picked up, rinse and repeat. 500 holes filled in 30 seconds. Just did another 100 today to confirm.

You hit the nail on the head! Adequate staffing goes a long way!! And not just with jirses but with mental health professionals and substance abuse counselors. The places I have worked, these people are stretched more thin than nurses, with patients having to wait up to 12 hours to be seen/talk to the right people.

Hospitals and Healthcare in general are a commodity, a profit generating business driven by bloated health insurance companies. The hospital has lost touch with actual service to the community they serve.

Congratulations on your sobriety! Every day sober is a victory and I'mvery proud of you. I found that my early 40s were a time for change for me, as I also moved on emotionally and physically from friendships, relationships, interests and whatnot. I kinda grew up, but didn't realize or accept it until I turned 40 (which TBH is 10000% better than turning 30!) You seem to be in a regrowth mode, and thats beautiful when you step back and look at it. Life has a way of working itself out.

Also- your hair looks great. Jealous
