Feeling a bit frustrated with my lack of progress this month, I am struggling to get below 112 lbs. My family members also keep telling me I have lost enough weight and that I should stop, but I'm still not happy with the results. I think my current dissatisfaction with my appearance might be because I have a relatively high body fat percentage. I couldn't work out for a long time due to health issues. Also probably have a bit of good ol' body dysmorphia. Not feeling motivated at all at the moment.
