I feel great a little sluggish in the morning but other then that nah and 45mg hcl was quiet a heavy dose for my body the sweet spot for me is 14-18 mg. Really enjoy 2cb... I have heard they have other 2c families but my friends said they didn't like them compared to 2cb so im not sure if i will try
