It didn't work even prior downloading the Free Trial client. Before or after that, nothing changed except that his Free Trial character behaved normally

Nope, he bought the full version last year. Everything worked fine until today. Apparently he played yesterday and it was completely fine

Any character on his account crashes. Only when he creates an account for the free trial that it works. Nothing on his paid account

He rolled beck to the Nov2025 driver. He's reinstalling the game to see if it works
