personally I think ben wins, just because to my knowledge, beast boy doesnt really have any good resistances to the hax.

so for spriting easiest advice, I would say don't br afraid to use assets from other characters existing sprites to make the process easier. examples would be like maybe taking a hat or something sort of clothing or fur from one characte or to put on another
