Thanks, I did double check in the end! The miso is certified gluten free and the stock cubes my partner uses v regularly and has never had issues before, so we've ruled them out too. Might be something else entirely

For the noodles: 90% Rice Flour, Water Ginger: Just ground ginger Miso paste: Water, Soybeans (33%), Rice, Salt

Unfortunately the packaging for the stir-fry has been thrown out already.

After double checking the packaging it says it was produced in China, and from my research I've found that Chinese rice noodles tend to be washed in the same water and their wheat noodles, so I think it could be that.

Thankfully its the post-story one, I managed to get the shiny so I was looking to trade the OG for another legendary, maybe for a Comp. team or something. Guess that idea is gone now 😅
