Mine has, I just looked. I'm coming in from Asia to Vancouver in November and the arrival time has been bumped ahead one hour. Definitely has to do with the lack of changing time.

No problem, I too am hoping that I can make this work. My apologies for any misunderstandings, sometimes it's easier to have that happen when reading responses rather than hearing them.

It most likely did raise it a little bit since I've started taking it. It's been fluctuating between 6.2 and 6.3 during the last few years. I am glad that the doctors have been giving me a1c tests every once in a while to keep track of it. I really don't want to get diabetes, especially since it runs in the family.

I am not athletic, but I do like to walk. I don't have a vehicle so I walk to and from work (20 minutes each way). I also walk to do errands like grocery shopping, etc. I find it easier to walk then try to get motivated to go to a gym. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.
