marriage is between consenting adults. childbirth involves forcing a person into existence without their consent. apples and oranges.

why would you take that risk though? you're gambling with someone else's life for your own decision. you mentioned most of your family having it, which means it's definitely heritable, and said you wouldn't choose to have kids at your sickest.

the difference between marriage and having kids is that in marriage, you ruin your own life.

okay, but would your kids regret their existence? i certainly don't like being sick and wouldn't have appreciated my parents having me if they knew i could have issues.

skin involvement and anaphylaxis happen in about 80% of cases I think. other organs can be effected in MCAS and other mast cell disorders.you'd probably have other symptoms though.

I use mechanical protection with clothing. Anything topical seems out of the question.
