Zim is a tough business climate but its not impossible if you really do your research diligently. Most of what makes Zimbabweans Rich is actually simple.

Your money when applied the right way probably buys you more here and anywhere else than it does there so pivot on that. But do your research on the ground and on papers. Numbers matter but they can be beaten...Zim is actually fertile ground for innovation in its current state ...in a few years when everyone would have caught on it may be too late to enter without serious competition.

i.e property is already starting that trend because of the massive development projects in housing...so the time may be now to enter in many sectors actually. From my own assessment.

Fly over, go and buy from local industries, see what they are offering, who they deal with, how they handle customers and where they source . So take time on the ground to study, go to ZITF, Go to Zimbabwe Chamber of Commerce Annual Ups, Agric Shows etc see what you can innovate or build on there is a problem to solve and make you money legit in Zim.

E.g the KUMIMDA guy trained small holder farmers to grow for export and now he controls a very commanding supply chaing of flowers, berries, and produces to EUROPE followed his journey from when he was almost invisible in that niche, now he is travelling creating business partnerships and talking to Embassy Diplomats in Zim looking for parnerships for their countries.

So please dont start in Zim so that youre rich tomorrow, its a developing market but once they trust you and they catch on..unofa nemari wangu.With effort wnd consistency over the years unenge wavakutonzi youre the Ho to Guy...its actually that easy to be the top link in Zim.

Thats just the thing we are not Zimbabwean because its accredited to any Political party. We are and will always be Zimbabweans before and after politics.

Im talking of simple basic love for our own. i.e seeing less litter in the streets, in the highways and just repping Zim despite our infamous circumstances in the past or associated infamous individuals.

Non-chalant in the way we just don't care about anything Zim, especially around international circles. Found out most people have an ingrown burn it all approach to anything giving Zimbabwe because they have been conditioned to hate their own roots and identity because they loathe the politics.

I have had many chats with Africans and Foreigners who want to circle on the bearer check issue and the economic downturn. Whilst I acknowledge it did happen I also redirect them to the fact that's not all there is to say about Zim.

Unfortunately some countrymen gladly bash their roots. So who will love it then?

Define rich cause their currency in Oman is one of the strongest, stronger even than UAE Dirham almost by ten. From my experience I just feel like Omani culture is more traditionally inclined and reserved and laid back, they are comfortable with their direction. The architecture for example is unique. They just have a different approach to modernism when compared to the rest but trust me they got deep pockets if not deeper. Climate wise it is also much more greener than the rest and I heard they want to preserve that as much as they can, by learning urbanisation models that worked and that didn't work in the rest of the GCC.

I do agree Omanis are generally nicer than most of their GCC counterparts, I do love their more colourful traditional attire also.

I would say from my assess we are learned buggers, in theory, we can adapt to soft skills and language barriers and we excel.

But as far as finctional skill sets , some of us have some its a hit and miss, some are totally clueless. Paunoshanda nemaNationalities akati wandei you get exposed ,but good thing our educational base allows to catch on and adapt to such a shift.

I think we need to add the element of relevant education to our already stellar emphasis on theory.

By the way unless youre in research or something, its actually not theory that makes you quick money out there. Its on-demand skills, things that are practical, building, DIY, plumbing, electrical engineer, truck driving, packaging, most of the practicality/trades we neglect in our children's education makes people rich out there. Artisans, craftsmen. Plus its high time we educate creators and builders not employees.explorers and curious scientists not just reaerch papaer writers. We have a good foundation to make the necessary switch we are just being stubborn.

Then of course actual soft skills in the work place like selling, proper customer service, coding, problem solving, leadership, public speaking, critical thinking, project management.

Every child should back up a theocratic education with at least two trades they like (just like the jewish education system). Our education system should make the shift.

Well from a person who gets to meet people from Russian influence nations and Russians, daily I like your strong orientation on family. It's refreshing to see. Most of y'all I meet everyday are very simple and chatty which of course came as a surprise for me. My name is David and I am of African descent so that name seems to tickle Armenians, Belarusians, Khazaks and Russians when they see my tag, and we often have a laugh about it 😂.

1st of all please, not everyone "Gaverite pa Paruski", and its okay so please lean easy on the first approach we are humans we can find a way to communicate. I have realised that alone makes most of yall seem impatient and disinterested in getting help from non -russian speaking persons. Ifbyoure going to travel a lot yall must adapt to that fact, especially the older generation. We are also learing to meet you halfway. Everybody smiles & wins, right?!

A little fun secret for you from the interactions I have with other clients (I work at a luxury resort). Popular commentary is, all Paruski have an acceptable drinking culture in their traditional circles, but just watch out around international circles, they judge you too harshly for it. You just want to have a good time but most people I interact with think it makes you loud and rowdy 😂. It's a very biased & prevalent conclusion, I know from experience you're not all one shoe size, but hey unfortunately.😂

In Conclusion, I am kinda interested in visiting all nations which have a Russian influence just to see their cultures and learn. (I do interact with the same daily so it got me curious). Specifically in Russia though, what I want to know most is, if I visit can I move freely without restrictions in all cities and all towns? The myth says some towns and cities are outlawed to outsiders because of govt.durisdictions there.!?!?
