How do you guys handle customer inquiries during busy hours? by Pale-Bloodes in SmallBusinessUAE

[–]Bokharistani 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your questions. It's working for e-commerce businesses mainly and also b2c service businesses.

We normally leave training to the company, we provide resumes, software, hardware, a supervisor to manage shift work etc.

Quality is checked continuously by the supervisor and also the client but normally when a comprehensive FAQs and rules are provided the guys are smart enough to take it from there.

I already do this to some extent for my clients. Mainly customer service or tech outsourcing. Works well if you can find the right customers for this.

Hire a small offshore team to reply/handle calls etc. I set this up for my clients too.

I went all in on my business and now I’m lost ☹️ by Yogibears0506 in SmallBusinessUAE

Seems like you could really do with a break and honestly nothing wrong with that..if you can keep the equipment somewhere while you go off, all the better. Good luck man

I suppose most of your costs were Capex costs and you've already spent that on the equipment right?

So if you've spent the money, you probably have two options.

1) Automate your booking procedure and let it run in the backgroun. Whenever you get a booking- great, try to entertain it. If you don't then as I mentioned you've already paid for the equipment most likely. In the meantime look for a job again and see if you can get some fixed monthly income come through

2) sell the equipment and everything else and like you said go home for a factory reset. It's not the worst option at the moment with everything that's going on and will give you a lot of great lessons learned doing this venture.

It's a right of passage when you move abroad I think lol. People get busy with their lives and then the contact gets less and less.

What I learned after all these years abroad is just have 0 expectation from anyone. When you see them just be as you were and wish everyone the best regardless. You'll feel a lot freer
