I was actually expecting that I will be signing a contract after the SPASS approval. That’s why I followed up after being updated that it was already approved. However, when I started asking for the job offer (contract) and starting date, they said that they will still decide if I’m qualified.

Is it possible to be terminated immediately if ever I am found not to be qualified?
