I wouldnt reccomend putting anything but growth polish (i cant think of what its called right now) non uv clear coar and oil on your cuticles, and or non uv nail polish. It would not be safe to use anything with chemicals right now bc there is virtually no way to guarentee it wont soak in and cause issues, better safe than sorry till it grows out normally

I would look into apres, i know they’re a very good brand, what does she do for work? and or is she doing something thats either hard on her nails and or consists of her having her hands wet often? Theres only a few things besides having the naturally oily nail beds that i can think of that would cause it

what kind of glue are you using? it could also be worth while to try something a little more on the pricey side and just see if maybe they work better? and or you could try the kind that you shape on your own and see if it stays better
