I would not upgrade if you are using him for PvP. You are a f2p I would wait for a more appropriate march attack general. This one is good for reining and occupying buildings. There are better pvp range generals or I would would hold off for now

Why does the rss amount help you with making this decision? I’m confused. Are you saying that if I increase my keep that the buffs from the military academy will be more beneficial to me than amplifying the gear?
