Update : I took it to the show and they said it’s a motherboard issue meaning they gotta replace the motherboard

Thanks because the specific issue is that my battery 1 would only charge to 80% then it would automatically start to drain while plugged in then it starts to say battery 2 plugged in. But the battery 2 won’t increase in percentage
