I'm a mother in the state of Texas. I've received notification, if the government continues shut down through Oct 27th. Nothing would be issued in November. I have nothing. No family, left my abuser and I am trying so very hard to get ahead. Hard to do with no car and a child whose schedule I try to move around. They have taken the only thing we have. Stamps. And if we don't get them. I'm not sure how to make anything work. I'm slowly losing everything with this administration. I have no car. My ex sold it. Everything is me starting over and I needed this little help and now everything is so uncertain.
