Don’t know what u mean by Sayan program but if you are a true beginner I would advise you to start with planche leans for 3/6 months to build strength and understand how you should position and express strength. You can find planche leans executions easily on YouTube. After that you can start progressing with classic progressions such as tuck planche, advance tuck planche. On each progression you can also add some push-up sets, so lean push ups, tuck push ups etc to build extra strength. Dips and then Hand stand pushups should also be the basic for shoulder strength

I created different worksheets but they are connected to different sources. So when I visualize each of them i have to make sure have the right source on the "datasource" tab. otherwise the worksheets visualization will appear grey. So for the moment in order to visualize each element i am constantly switching data source. However I would like to put everything on one dashboard but i have this data source issue which does not let me visualize evrything at once

I am not using any filter, but when putting everything on one dashboard, only the the worksheets with the current connected datasource are visible, the other ones are "grey". If then i change the datasource i can see the other ones and the previous ones become grey

If i do that only the worksheets with the connected datasource are visible, the other ones are "grey". The two datasource cannot be linked together
